problems with my laptop starting up
a couple weeks ago my computer started showing a black screen and freezing and i restart it it say starter launch repair but when i run it it doesnt fix anything and up until a couple weeks ago i start up the cumputer and the starting sequence repeats its self
i was wondering if the reboot center can fix it or i have to get an entirely new computer

The issue that you have described can be fixed by following few steps.
We would first have to isolate whether it is a hardware or software issue.
