recieved at windows message 2 compuers with same ip address
When I use my computer on my home network all is good
When I try to connect to a mobile hot spot on my wireless phone I get a windows error that 2 computers are using same ip address
then I get blue screen of death
How can I fix this problem I am using windows 7 home premium

Hi chris91737,
Please provide the system model name and the type of wireless adapter. Also try and roll back the drivers to the older one and check if it works fine. Open the device manager and the network card properties to do a rollback. (Screenshot attached)

It windows 7 home premium A dell insipiron 14r
It started after I found a virus on my machine I cleaned it but when I use my hot spot is when I get the message.
If I open internet browser I get blue screen of death .I can use my computer on my home network fine
I will try to roll the drivers back

Hi chris91737,
Have you done the driver rollback? Also let me know the exact model as there are several models in 14R. (Example: 4010, 4110, 5420 etc.)
