regarding problem with the window of inspiron n4030.

i have bought inspiron n4030 just a week ago. since then i am facing problem regarding OS. on the second day window doesn't open the logged in page. after solving that problem now the wall papers and themes are changing by itself. what to do know., window 7 ultimate is working and not genuine.
