I have to replace my dell 3521 laptop hard drive, is there a way to backup all the drivers?
if not what is the easiest way to reinstall them?

Easiest way to install the drivers is by going to support.dell.com and entering your service tag information. That should take you to your product page where you can click drivers and downloads. From there you will see categories of drivers and you can download them. Once downloaded just double click on the file and it will install the driver.
