sending picture files
I'm trying to send picture file and it says there is no email account attached and to go to control panel to attach email to default programs, not sure what to do any help please.

I already have an email account when I go to my pictures and open it I right click on the file and want to send to mail recipient it says to go to control panel and add email to default program

On the Start Screen, open Mail App and set up an email account.

It is a Dell 1521 with windows 8 installed in it.
