studio 1555 screen resolution issue after upgrade to win7

hi, i wonder if anyone can help please. i have just upgraded to win7 but my screen has black bands down the sides and when i try to change screen res it only allows me about 2 or 3 on the slider scale. it shows 1920 x 1080 then 1280 x 720 or similar. with vista i could choose about a dozen.

i tried updating driver but not sure what driver to update. i read somewhere to update video and chipset but when i go to driver and downloads under both these categories there are two choices.

chipset

1. intel driver applies to gm45 express chipset family

2. ricoh driver applies to card reader r5c833

video

1. amd driver applies to various ati mobility radeon hd - 4570, 3450

2. intel driver applies to gm45 video

can someone advise if i have to update all of these drivers/none of these/some other drivers?

studio 1555 bought jul 09 was windows vista home premium 64bit now windows 7 64 bit.
