system crashed

my system got crashed and I managed to reboot with the cd of Lenovo but its not working as it was so I do like to know that can I get my system's factory settings if yes- how could I get it.

Is the system a Dell server? If so, what model, operating system and controller?

You should download a Windows 10 RS1 .iso and make a Bootable USB setup using the GPT partition scheme for a UEFI BIOS and FAT32 formatted (using Rufus). You should then Boot from it with SecureBoot Enabled (Legacy Roms and Legacy Boot options Disabled) and clean install Windows 10 RS1. For more details see here:
