touchscreen lcd for precision laptops

I keep seeing marketing hype on the Dell site announcing touchscreen LCDs on the Precision line of workstation laptops, yet i'm unable to find any info about these. Are they available? Is there some super special code I need to enter to find these? I would like to order one on an m6700 for doing digital artwork with stylus directly on screen.

If anyone has any info I would appreciate it.
