turbo boost problem ! or Fan problem !!!

Hi everyone,

I have bought ( inspirion 15 r se 7520) last week and I have problem with my fan or processor, I don't know for sure :(

every one hour my fan makes too much noise, it looks like turbo boost activates, for example today I was working something with Microsoft Word and I had a pdf file open, nothing else and every 30 - 40 minutes my fan goes crazy for 4-5 minutes and than calms down. I have checked the drivers, updates and everything looks fine, I don't know why my Fan make such noise. 

since some people in this forum complained for having problems with graphic drivers I am afraid to format my Laptop. 

ps. I am using windows 8.1
