unbelievable customer service

bought an XPS 13. Got a machine that had a faulty keyboard on arrival. On complaining within 30 mts of opening box all i get is we can only replace a faulty keyboard but not replace machine. Reason: keyboard is not an essential part... cannot believe DELL has reached its nadir.  When i asked for the reason in writing the person says thats not policy.. UNBELIEVABLE ATTITUDE especially when our whole company is on DELL...

the man in Question..!!... pls try it to believe it...
