webcam can't be find
I have inspiron 14 3421 for 3 years, didn't used my webcam for mor the year and a half, and now my computer can't find any webcam.
I have window 10 but the problem goes back to windows 8.1.
I tried all the diagnostics, and read all the articles in dell.com

I have a dell xps 15 9550 and have the same problem. Windows 10 does not display the camera on the device manager. I spent 3 hours with Dell support on the phone and no solution was found. I even reset the computer to factory settings. I also downloaded all the updates for the drivers, including the Bios. Nothing is working. Now Dell is suggesting that I mailed them the computer since it is under warranty. But they will take between 7 to 12 working days to fix it. I don't know what to do...
