The disc comes shipped with the system on delivery if you ordered it on purchase its normally only £5 in uk or a small number of dollars.
The discs are Dell OEM discs, meaning they are identical to Microsoft ones except they have a few folders with dell logos in and the generic Dell OEM serial for that version of windows. Thus assuming you have the correct BIOS you can install without having to mess with serials or activation.
