I've read, and I am experiencing, that many ppl lose there Wi-Fi connection (timed out). What is the  solution to fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your message.

Do you get the message as connection timed out or page cannot be reached?

Do you lose connection at any particular interval? Does it work fine if you disconnect & reconnect?

Does this happen when you try to access both http & https sites?

Have you tried connecting to other wireless networks & do you experience the same issue?

Open device manager – expand network adapter – right click on the wireless card & click on uninstall (do not check the box that says delete driver) & restart the computer, this will refresh the driver.

Note – Doing the above step will require you to enter the wireless password again.

Please click on my Dell username & send a private message with the service tag, registered name & email address.
