xps13 ultrabook print screen
What's the secret to using the prtscr key? On my Studio 15, I use the fn+prtscrn combination, open Word and do a ctrl+v and the screen shot appears. When I do the same with my xps13, all I get is a black oval in word.

Hi marknjacqui,
I request you to notice if the page that you are trying to copy has any Black surroundings.
Then I request you to press the print screen button only in the selected page, if that doesn’t work try pressing Alt key+print screen key. If the same issue happens then please try with a different page.
If none of this work you may want to use the snipping tool.
Please do write back with the results.

Tried another thing to copy usin fn+prtscr and it worked fine. Matbe something with what I was trying to copy/paste?????

Its good to know that the print screen is working with the other pages. There could be an issue with that page, so I request you to try with the page again by following the above steps. If it doesn’t work please use a snipping tool for that page.
