Dell D3100 docking station problem (laptop can't wake up correctly from sleeping mode)
Hi, guys,
I have a problem with my Dell Inspiron 7567 laptop. I use it with dell d3100 dockstation, and it doesn't work correctly if I'm trying to wake up laptop from sleeping mode. When I lift the lid of the laptop, it seems to wake up, but the image on the screen is just a mess of multicolored lines so I can't work on it anymore. The only thing which helps to solve that problem is rebooting the system.
Does anybody know how to solve that? :)

Found the solution; update your BIOS through this link:
www.dell.com/.../driversdetails
Make sure your laptop is charging and DO NOT interrupt the update; the process will take about 7 minutes.

Hello,
I have the same exact problem with my 7567. It started happening few days ago; I believe after an update for the integrated graphics card. I ran all of the diagnosis test; I tried the SupportAssist app and the Pre-Boot Assessment (PSA) (Fn key + power button to boot it up). Everything has passed; no hardware issues. I tried resetting the laptop without deleting my files, but it keeps failing. I checked if the integrated graphics card driver is update by visiting Intel, and it is up to date.
