Dell Inspiron 3647, PC not booting up.

I have  Dell Inspiron 3647, last night after a power cut my PC is not booting up anymore. It shows a blue screen and shut downs. I'm using windows 8.

Thanks for posting.

What it sounds like is Windows did not completely shut down.  If you're still under warranty, you might want to give Tech support a call.  If you don't still have warranty you might want to try a few things. Did you try restarting in safe mode then selecting 'last known good configuration'?  That would be the first thing to try.  If that's not working then you possibly may need to do an OS Reinstallation.  You could try rebooting with the USB key you created and repairing your current installation, so you don't loose any files. If none of that is working for you, maybe take it to a local computer repair shop.
