Dell latitude d800 laptop CPU update
I'm think of update my Dell latitude d800 laptop CPU to Intel Pentium 4 P4 CPU 2.8Ghz 1MB 800MHz Socket 478 SL7E3. Has anyone try this and do you think this will work. I like to know what you all think.

It's not possible. The D800 takes only Pentium M CPUs and only on the 400 MHz bus. You cannot use any P4 or Pentium M 533 or higher bus.
The 2.1 GHz Pentium M 765 is the fastest CPU this system will take.
