Dell studio 1555 touchpad problems
Hello, I've installed
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats?DriverId=PK13J&FileId=2731091131
on my dell studio 1555 running windows ultimate 64 bit, but there is still no tab under "mouse" that says "dell touchpad" and would enable me to disable/enable various aspects of the touchpad.

Hi Installation,
Welcome to Community.The link you posted is the right driver for the Touchpad.
To confirm if the driver was installed successfully,go to device manager,check under Mice and Pointing device and see if it shows Dell Touchpad listed.
If it shows Dell Touchpad listed there,on the right hand bottom of the screen there will be an icon for touch pad application.Also from start menu in search box you can type Dell Touchpad,that should bring up the Touchpad application which helps to make changes to the settings for the Touchpad.
Under device manager if you don't see Dell Touchpad listed,try to reinstall the driver.
