Diagnostic Check on Vosto 1015 windows 7

Hi,

I wish to run a full diagnostic check on a laptop Vostro 1015 using the troubleshooting Dell online tool. 

When running the Dell system detect launcher I get the following error "Cannot continue. The application is improperly formatted. Contact the application vendor for assistance:"

I didn't find anywhere in the doc. any specified requirements for this application to run.

Is it possible that my laptop is not compatible with this service ?
