Easy Launch Keys - Vostro 3700 Series

Hello,
above the keyboard are on the newer Vostro series of 3 "Easy Launch Keys".
Since then, I could open with the middle button (wrench icon) is always the Dell Support Center. Now since nothing is happening.
Using the Quickset application can be installed while the Mobility Center on the Configure button right - what action should be initiated by pressing the center button but can not be arranged.
Have also been Quickset and Dell Support Center including PC Checkup's been reinstalled but got nothing.

Where and where now the average launch key is activated again?
