How can I install Jabra BT2020 in Inspiron 6400
I bought headset (Jabra BT2020) but I can't use it with my laptop (Inspiron 6400) and I can't listen or record voice with it.
Please help me...

Have you set the jabra into discover mode?....

The Jabra does not automatically go into discover mode.
You need to hold down either the volume up or down button with the bluetooth button.Or just the bluetooth button by itself.
My Plantronics PLT510,was hard to get paired and use.Once paired open bluetooth control panel and click add>Click the "My device is set up and ready to be found" box.Now click next,it will add your jabra to the bluetooth panel and windows will install about 7 drivers for it.After drivers load,open bluetooth control panel again>highlight the jabra(single click) and click properties>all of the check boxes next to the drivers just installed,should have a check in the box.If not,if one is missing check it and click o.k.
Should work now.

My laptop can discover it but my Vista can't install and faild! :((
Vista tried to install its driver, but it can't!

I have a Plantronics PLT 510(same design as the Jabra BT202) with vista and mine installed with no problem.
Did the bluetooth control panel find and add the headset?....
