Inspiron 1750 boot problem(s)

I got home today and I turned my laptop on, the screen would be black but slowly turn "pixelated" white :/ 

I got hear the sound of windows booting up and going to the login screen. I then proceeded to take all the screws out in the back of the laptop to see if I could fix it. I could not.

Whenever I turned the laptop back on now, it would boot, the fans would start but two beeps would be heard and then nothing. I read on some forums thaat swapping the ram around would fix this but in my case, the laptop fans would start but no beeps would be heard and then nothing. 

ANY HELP?

All this starts 2 days after I order a new XPS -_-
