Keyboard issue dell inspiron 7000

Hi i have hardware issue with my new dell inspiron 7000 (7537).

The keyboard backlit under the key "N" is significantly stronger then other keys. This is very disturbing explicitly in dark conditions.

I live in Israel so I called Israeli dell support and they claimed this is "Not technical issue" and they not fixing it under the warranty.
