L521X dead

Hi,

A couple of weeks ago my computer started to fail when booting, I would have to restart it a couple times until it managed to reach windows. Now, the computer is completely dead and wont get past the "Dell Logo" at the beginning. It also won't let me go to Setup or Boot options. This is what it looks like: Looks pretty bad... Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
