Possibly overheated D810

Hi, my Latitude d810 gets extremely hot after only a short time of use. Any suggestions on how I can keep it cooler? thanks.

also, the fan runs very loud and still doesn't keep it very cool. thank you.

I had some trouble with my fan also.  Really loud.  I used a compressed air can to blow out the dust.  That helped reduce the noise.  I have a laptop Inpsiron 8200.

Clean the fans, sometimes they collect dust and are partially inefficient!

Use air duster through lateral opening of laptop
