Precision 5510 Sleep mode does not work and an external screen on the dock does not give an image Always !

Now I get on my dell screen sometimes an image sometimes not.

I connect the hdmi and disconnect on the Dock and sometimes it works sometimes not. When I connect the hdmi on my laptop i have always an image on my dell screen.

I have also a very annoying other probleem. When I put my laptop on sleep then most of the cases do not work this and when i turn my laptop back on actually it restarts. This is very very disturbing issue.
