Screen Flicker After BIOS update with M17x-R2

I've had my M17x-R2 since 2/10/2010, so far I've yet to be able to use my purchase to its full capacity.

I understand that the screen flicker when gaming with Crossfire enabled was a common issue supposed to be fixed by the A02 BIOS update. I still have the screen flicker despite the updated BIOS and more than one attempt at driver reinstallation.

I can only assume I have defective hardware, I'd guess either the secondary GPU or the bridge interconnect cable.

I'm seeking to resolve this issue. So far the only thing I've gotten from phoning tech support for the past 3 days is the promise of a callback when the issue is researched. Everyday I have to call back due to hearing nothing from them.

I'd appreciate it if someone from Dell could offer some advice, or solution for my issue.
