Strange display issue

I have an Inspiron 9200 and it has a strange issue with images on web pages. For some reason every image is upsized about 10% bigger than the original image. No matter the picture, they are all bigger than the original image.

 

This is a real problem as a web photo editor. I post an image that looks great in Photoshop but on the web, on my notebook only, it is larger and has jagged edges. I can look at the original image and the web image side by side and they are different.

 

Unfortunately, I don't have my notebook with me right now, but I can do a screen capture if you need to see what I'm looking at.

 

Any ideas?
