Studio 1435 Could not turn on laptop

Hi,

My Studio 1435 could not turn on after updating the windows system. After checking the problem, the system says that the recent changes on the windows system causes the problem and asked me to restore the system, but it has failed to do so. I've tried several times, but the same problem occurred. 

Kindly advise on the problem. Thank you.
