Studio 1555 Toshiba MK3263GSX Hard Drive Failing/Ratting + Unable to use Dell Data Safe Local Backup

Hi 

I have a Dell Studio 1555 running Windows 7 home premium. I've been getting hard disk issues - rattling/clicking and freezing.

I tried doing a disk check and it couldn't be completed. I tried tools like Seatools but couldn't do anything. I backed up my files.

I've been told I need to replace my hard disk but I never did the Dell Data Safe Recovery since I got the Laptop.

I'm trying to do it now but my DVD drive is not reading any discs. I tried using a USB drive but it doesn't work.

I was told Dell can provide recovery discs at a low fee. Do they provide this service in the UK?

What other ways do I have to do this?
