Studio 1735 Display Text Issue

Does anyone know what setting, if any, can enlarge the display on a 1735?  Using the default 1900 x 1200 results in a display about 1/2 to 3/4 of the available area with text so small it's hard to read.  If you change the resolution to 1600 x ? and on down the text may or may not get any bigger (if it does it's very minor) but either the entire display shrinks towards the center of the panel or the display quality really degrades badly with very indistinct characters etc.  What I'm looking for is a display that fills the screen as it would in a smaller panel with a different resoluton.  Please help....
