XPS 13 'e' key is not working

Hi I have an XPS 13 running windows 10 and the letter 'e' on the keyboard is not registering consistently as i type.

Is this a hardware, software or a dustware issue? Should i use one of those high pressure dust remover that you can blast under the keys?

cheers

Hi septicseigfried,

I'd suggest trying an external USB keyboard if possible, if that works ok, it would rule out software. You could try compressed air but it's more likely to be the key itself, in which case the keyboard would need replaced.
