dell inspiron 910 (dell mini 9)

i purchased my mini 9  just 2 days ago, charged it for more than 16 hours before first use

after that was running for another 6 hours on power adaptor (programs installation etc.)

to check how long it will last on battery i started some movie playback, it last ~3:20 ( there was low battery info displayed at 10% and another one at 3%, after that windows shutdown - i changed settings to shutdown instead suspend) and i connected it back to power supply and left it for night to recharge

everything ok so far, but now:

after that 8 hours of charging during the night  netbook isn't booting anymore

nothing on lcd (it is no backlight problem, screen is completely black)

usb ports are powered, lan leds are on after plugging cable

(windows isn't starting - there is no lan or wlan connection made to my router and there is no startup sound)

if i remove battery and run it just from power adapter nothing changes

nothing on external vga output, suspend (fn+1) do not work (it is getting a bit worm after a while, so i guess that cpu is working, or at least powered up)

am i missing something or is it dead?
