laptop instructions

I brought a Dell Inspiron N5110 laptop a week ago. I read the startup manuel. I did not tell me how to operate the finer things of the computer. I have never had a laptop before. That is not the problem, the problem is I do not know how to operate the camera. I do not know where the instruction are. I thought the manuel would do the trick but it do not seem to have nothing. HELP!
