DELL XPS 13 mit DELL 3100 USB Docking Station zeigt winzige Menüleisten und Icons
Ich habe einen DELL XPS 13 mit hochauflösendem Bildschirm (3.200 x 1.800) mit einer Docking Station. Ich habe zuerst ein Upgrade auf Windows 10 durchgeführt und Office 365 installiert. Alles problemlos. Dann Corel Draw X6 und Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 installiert. Bei Corel Draw und Corel Photo Paint sowie bei Adobe Photoshop und Adobe Dreamweaver(nicht bei anderen Adobe Programmen!) waren die Menüs und die Icons praktisch unlesbar winzig. Eine Woche Suche in Corel und Adobe Foren brachte mich nicht weiter. Am 22. August erhielt ich ein Update von DELL, für die DELL USB Graphics Software (Herausgeber Display Link). Installiert und große Erleichterung: Alle oben genannten betroffenen Programme zeigten Menüs und Icons, wie es sein muss.
Heute wollte ich meine beiden EPSON Perfection Scanner V33 und V330 installieren. Hierzu benutzte ich die Original EPSON DVD. Es wird insbesondere auch das Programm ABBY Fine Reader 9.0 mitgeliefert und installiert. Nach dieser Installation war das alte Problem zurück. Ich versuchte die Installation durch Deinstallation alle (sichtbaren) Programme von Epson rückgängig zu machen. Kein Erfolg. Auch ein Rücksetzen des Systems auf einen alten Wiederherstellungspunkt brachte keinen Erfolg. Der Versuch, das hilfreiche DELL Update nochmal zu installieren, blieb erfolglos, da ich eine Meldung erhielt, dass das System auf dem neusten Stand ist.
Jetzt habe ich keine neue Idee mehr, wie ich wieder zu einem funktionierenden System kommen kann. Bitte um Hilfe!

I still have the same problem with my DELL XPS 13 with a high resolution screen (3200 x1800) and a docking station D 3100. Maybe this English text finds will address a bigger community. After having received my new XPS 13 I immediately upgraded it to Windows 10 and installed Office 365. No problems, all worked fine. Then I installed Corel Draw X6 and Adobe Creative Suite 5.5. Opening Corel Draw and Corel Photo Paint and the Adobe programs Photoshop und Dreamweaver (all other Adobe programsof the Suite work fine!) I saw menues and icons so tiny that they are practically not readable. Searching in Corel and Adobe Forums for a week did not help. On August 22 I received an update from DELL for the DELL USB Graphics Software (signed by Display Link). After installation of this update everything was fine. All mentioned programs worked quite normal.
Then I wanted to install my both EPSON Perfection Scanners V33 and V330 using the original EPSON installation disc. During this installation also the program Abby Fine Reader 9.0 was installed. After this installation the problem was back: tiny menus in all above mentioned programs. I uninstalled all (visible) programs from EPSON. Still the same problem. I tried to set the system back to the last recovery point. Still the same problem. I tried to reinstall the helpfull update from DELL. But this was not possible. I got the message that the system had alredy been updated.
Does anybody have an idea how to proceed? Please help!
