Vostro3350: powermanagement issues

Hello,

My Dell Vostro 3350 have horrible power management issues

- this was never fixed by Dell since ~2014.

Dell Model No: 3350-2783
I use the latest bios version: A10.

I run the tool FWTS (firmware test suite) from Canonical (Ubuntu) on my Notebook - ~200 from ~600 tests failed.
The suspend-to-ram sucks the accumulator out until 1,5 days.
Hibernate doesn't work under Windows - ends with a restart.
Also recognize that Canoncial noticed that hibernate doesn't work fine:

I hope, you can fix that or forward my request to anyone.

I am a experienced IT guy, so i can also execute also some tests for you, if it's necessary.
