7390 overheating when connected to external video

I have the ST   , with opened reports from prosupport plus.

This could be considered an escalation but i have no idea what to do at this point.  The system when connected thru any external source, directly monitored, D6000 solution, using any dell monitor, PH2311, S2817Q, and others overheats and video performance is dramatically decreased.

When all the external videos are disconnected, and only the onboard LCD is used the system performs normally, however the minute we connect it to external monitor source, the system keyboard gets hot, overheats and performance is degraded.

Already reimaged, udpated BIOS, drivers, etcetc and nothing comes up as a problem.  system is overheated and degraded.
