BSOD After hibernation / suspension

Hello everyone,

I have a Dell Latitude E7400 and I have a lot of problems with the notebooks I work on.

Sometimes when these notebooks are hibernated or suspended after I return, it happens on the blue screen.

Do several procedures, update the windows, update the drivers and nothing worked.

I think this problem could be a missing driver or some incompatible installed driver ...

I have another machine of the same model that problem does not happen.

PS: The problem is not hardware, I'm sure, because the parts were exchanged for news ...
