Can Dell Latitude E6410 laptop specs install win 7 64 bit?
Hello. Can my laptop specs install windows 7 64 bit? My laptop specs: Laptop Model: Dell Latitude E6410 CPU: Intel(R) Core i5 CPU M 560 GPU: Intel HD Graphics (Core i5) HDD: TOSHIBA MK 160GB RAM: 4GB DDR3 OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit

Yes, the drivers for that version of Windows are available on the support page for the E6410. And your CPU is 64 bit.

Also you can upgrade for free to Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. The following page will give you the information on that. It also has the links to the appropriate ISO download.

However, with 4G RAM, you're better off with 32-bit. There's not much point in installing 64-bit - no advantage, and in fact the 64-bit version has a larger footprint, so in 4G, 32 bit will run better.
Also realize that support for 7 ends in just over a year -- as of January 2020, no further security updates.
