Dell Latitude 7490 hangs during patch installation

Hi,

There are many users affected that whenever Microsoft patch is installing, laptop become unresponsive. Lpatop need to be forcefully shutdown using power button and switch it on.

Windows 10 Enterprise Edition 64 bit installed in the Dell Latitude 7490. 

I checked if any fixes available by checking the drivers section. But no fixes related to the issue. Please help me  how to troubleshoot this issue.
