Dell Latitude E6540 BIOS administrator password reset
I have so much to change in my BIOS system settings but its impossible to do that because there is a an admin password I don't know which is restricting me from doing that. If anyone can help me, reply my post.

https://bios-pw.org/ seems to work on every Dell laptop I have owned you could try it.

You'll need to call (by phone) Dell support -- upon verification of ownership, the'll issue an unlock password.

Did you push Ctrl+Enter when typing the generated key? On these newer dell's it won't work unless you press ctrl as well.

This works most of the time but failed sometimes. If it was the case, then you can use PassMoz free tool do reset the password.

This helped me too. Had the wrong code entered before, thinking it was a service code or something. But the code was in the box right above the password entry box. So I tried generating with that code and found myself unsuccessful typing another set of like 9 different passwords. It wasn't until I saw your post that I decided to give it a try with the CTRL+Enter, and I was able to get in using the "Dell from serial number" password with a CTRL+Enter!
