Keep in mind, there is an order to install drivers in your computer. Drivers need to be installed in the correct order for the hardware to work properly.

By the way, I do see the chipset (STMicroelectronics Free Fall Data Protection)driver listed in your Dell Product Support page but I don't see Synaptics SM Bus Driver listed, unless you're referring Synaptics SM driver either as to Synaptics VMM3320 MST HUB Firmware Update or Dell Touchpad driver, which are listed.

Any updates ? The Chipset and Synaptics SMBus drivers are installed correctly onto the computer?

STMicroelectroncs 3d accelerometer remains the problem giver every time. I have ever set up a newer version there, and it worked initially. But no more after that, and now I uninstall it. But on startup, does it keep coming back?
