Disable Touchpad manager

Hello,

Is it possible to disable Dell's touchpad manager, and use the one that's built into Windows instead?

Currently most of the settings related to the touchpad are missing in the Windows Settings, including one that I really need, and for which Dell's touchpad manager doesn't have an equivalent (Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected).
