I took a look around and I don't think there is an updated one for Windows 10, or one that was tested with Windows 10. I know Microsoft has been 'taking over' a lot of settings that normally you would need 3rd party software for. Check either the 'new' control panel or the 'old' control panel.
Actually I did have it installed on my W10 E6430s but it did some annoying things like launch its keyboard backlight app and battery condition warning at every logon. I don't think I will bother with it again. Thank you for your input beamermt79.
When is DELL finally gonna release a DFEP that does work properly on Win 10? Or does DELL have the same mentality as Microsoft: "We got your money, now get lost."?
