Hard drive Swop. From Latitude E5250 to E7450?
Hi all, My E5250 is having problems. Question. Can I put the HD from the E5250, running Win10 with all my apps and files into my E7450? It's a Kingston SUV 480GB.

No -- you will need to reload Windows once you move the drive, and reinstall all the applications.

Hi thanks for the reply, When I put the drive into the laptop, and boot the laptop. Will it it start to reinstall Windows automatically from the backup, on the hard drive?

No -- you will need to boot the system from Windows install media to undertake that task.
If you try to boot the drive in the newer system, the result will either be a hang or a blue screen (and don't even think of trying it until you have a full, verified backup of the original drive; you can easily lose everything on the drive if something goes wrong).
