IR camera problem

I have recently brought a dell latitude 5290 2 in 1, which has an IR camera and an IR emitter. But i am unable to start the IR camera and its been two weeks since I am facing this problem. If possible, can anyone pls suggest a solution for this. I even installed and ran the realtek ir camera driver from dell site multiple times, but it always restarts and then when I check under device manager, there's not even imaging devices mentioned, let alone IR camera.

Can anyone pls help me with this problem, Also, will the IR camera on my laptop will run windows hello ?
