Intel xmm 7360 lte wwan 555-bfko card

Hello,
I have a problem with the intel xmm 7360 lte wwan 555-bfko card in the Latitude 5520 laptop. New card, connected, drivers installed (04/27/2022 10.0.22000.653). The card appears on the device list. The laptop sees the sim card. The problem is that in windows I cannot turn on the Mobile network option. As I click, it turns off immediately. Cellular data is off and cannot be turned on. What may be the problem? Windows 11 is running on the laptop with all the latest updates.

FN + F2 key (if F2 has the symbol of an antenna or a satellite dish) or three-position slide switch

This laptop does not have an antenna or a satellite dish function button. There is also no three-position slide switch.

Had a similar issue to you, with Intel XMM 7360 & Latitude 5520. The only fix I found was to use Dell PN: 284DC
