Laptop Pressing keys and track stick moving on its own

Hello everyone. I have a dell latitude E7470 that's recently been pressing keys on its own at random times. The Track stick also moves to the corner of the screen and doesn't allow me to move the cursor until the computer stops spamming keys. The keys I know it's pressing is B, /, Spacebar, and N.

Two things to check:

Remove the base cover and check for a swollen battery --if the battery starts swelling, malfunction of the keyboard or touchpad is one of the first symptoms.  If the battery is swollen, remove and dispose of it immediately -- the system will function on AC power until you order a replacement.

If the battery is OK, give the keyboard a thorough cleaning with a keyboard brush (example below).

If the problems continue, replace the keyboard.

Can a 3rd party replacement battery cause these issues too?

Update 11-28-22
I've been using an external keyboard for the past few months. I recently have connected the laptop keyboard and it's still doing the key spamming. I have cleaned it multiple times and it does not seem to fix the issue. One thing I'm wonder is if the battery is making the keyboard glitch. Is that possible?
