Latitude 12 7275, powers on, black screen, #2

Hi!

I have the same problem with my latitude 7275! It was working "normally" and suddenly I could not start the operating system again.

If I press the button "on", it vibrates and the led goes on, but nothing on the screen.

If I try turning on with vol down pressed, the screen goes on colour, white, red, green, then blue. This happens 2 times, then it powers off.

I have tried a hard-reset pressing Vol up (after unplugged and then plugged) but nothing happens.

Can anyone please help me to solve this problem?
