Latitude E5510 BIOS admin password
Hi, I recently bought a Dell Latitude E5510 - unfortunately an admin password is set.
The seller didn't give me that, so now I am not able to install an OS because boot order entries are greyed out.
I have read that Dell can help if service code and express code are provided.
Can someone please help me?

It is almost impossible to get the bios password unless you are the original owner. There is also a fee for retrieval. You can call Dell to try to get help or return the computer to the seller and get your money back. The seller might not have been the original owner. See this for directions to contact Dell--
